IIBA South Africa Chapter’s mission, vision, and values are behind what we do and how our team serves our members. IIBA South Africa Chapter’s vision is to become the home of business analysis in Southern Africa. Our mission is to lead the South African business analysis community and professional standards so every person achieves more. Our values of Service, Collaboration, Integrity and Kindness to achieve Innovation are the foundations that guide how we support the business analysis community in Southern Africa.

Our Strategy Bedrock
An assessment of our micro- and macro-environment informs our strategic approach. The bedrock approach is not cast in stone but is meant to inform our strategy choices for the next 4 years. The Board of Directors is responsible for crafting our strategy and implementing it.
