2. Mohamed Bray

Ambition and purpose is what drives Mohamed on a daily basis. Mohamed has always worked for the betterment of the people he is engaged with, whether it is a client, colleague, shareholder or community member impacted by what he does.

"I am who I am because of who we all are, so I will always want to “pull” your strengths out and get you and I do to our best," says Mohamed on his philosophy.
Mohamed believes there is no better time like now and if we start, it will always be better than the best plan on paper.

Mohamed brings a determined sense of purpose, willing to take some risks and ensuring that as many people benefit as possible. When required his ability to focus can be an asset to a team as he is able to filter the noise from the goal. Mohamed is  able to instinctively evaluate whether or not a particular action will help the team move forward towards a goal.

His focus forces him and his teams to be as efficient as possible. The bottom line is that Mohamed knows that he will be judged not by what he says, not by what he thinks, but by what he gets done. This energizes him. Why climb the ladder of success when the lift is around the corner!

Mohamed aims for big and meaningful impact in all that he does. While some people shy away from tough decisions, that is where he thrives!
