Our Strategy Bedrock
Our strategy is grounded in IIBA South Africa’s vision to become the home of business analysis in Southern Africa, our mission to lead the business analysis community, and our values of Service, Collaboration, Integrity, Kindness and Innovation.
An assessment of our internal capabilities, member and stakeholder needs, and the broader professional and business environment informs our strategic choices. This bedrock provides direction and consistency while remaining responsive to emerging opportunities, challenges and changes in the business analysis profession.
The Board of Directors is responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy, ensuring that our priorities translate into meaningful outcomes for our members and the wider business analysis community. The 2026/2027 Strategic Plan builds on this foundation and guides our focus and actions for the year ahead.
