Lean Coffee – Cape Town

On 13 June 2026, the Western Cape region hosted a Lean Coffee session at Woolworths Head Office, Cape Town, led by Lerato Moagi with the support of volunteers Mashako Phoko, Michael, and Nomonde Ndongeni. The gathering brought together 13 professionals. The Lean Coffee format encouraged participants to vote on topics, sparking lively discussions on Agile practices, AI in the workplace, stakeholder engagement, and emerging technologies. Attendees shared insights across industries, reinforcing the value of peer learning and community dialogue. What stood out most was the confidence and enthusiasm in the room, Business Analysts are never shy about exchanging ideas! With light refreshments and a collaborative spirit, the session highlighted the evolving role of BAs in a technology‑driven world.
