Participants who attend IIBA webinars, whether live or recorded, may qualify to claim Continuing Development Units (CDUs) in line with the applicable recertification guidelines. Generally, one CDU can be recorded for every hour of webinar participation.

For live webinar attendance, CDUs should be logged under the Professional Development category. It is recommended that attendees retain their webinar confirmation or attendance email as supporting evidence for their records.

Where a webinar is viewed as an archived session rather than attended live, the CDUs should be captured under Self-Directed Learning. Supporting documentation is typically not required for archived webinar participation.

Please note that IIBA webinars are not recognised as qualifying Professional Development (PD) hours toward the initial eligibility requirements for CCBA or CBAP certification applications. Refer to the relevant certification handbooks for full details and guidance.
