We are proud winners of the IIBA's 2023 & 2024 Chapter of the Year and the 2022 Business Partner of the Year awards. We are encouraged to work even harder.
We are a vision-focused, values-driven,  and mission-led organisation that has been serving the growing needs of Southern Africa's business analysis community since 2008.
Every week the chapter hosts professional development events, online and in-person, that support our community's need to learn at the speed of need.

Overview

The IIBA BA Day with Wits was a vibrant and inspiring event aimed at introducing students to the dynamic world of Business Analysis. Hosted in collaboration with Wits University, the session offered a mix of keynote talks, global insights, interactive activities, and motivational moments—all designed to spark curiosity and empower future professionals.

The ecosystem of business analysis practice is important in shaping the practice and ensuring a vibrant market for analysts. This month we had a productive time connecting with one of our key stakeholders in the ecosystem - Partners. IIBA defines "Partners" as all the stakeholders in corporate, government, academia, and education provision. Although the Chapter is not directly responsible for looking after partners, we see Partners as key stakeholders in building a robust and vibrant business analysis industry in South Africa.
