For now, the assumption is that these sessions will be face to face. All Covid-19 regulations will be observed and complied with. However, should there be a need for IIBA-SA to have these sessions virtually, such changes will be communicated in good time. As it has been customary with IIBA-SA, we must start thinking of how we are going to start our programme for 2021. At a high level, the plan is to have our Strategy Session on the 23rd of January 2021 in Johannesburg. This session will be attended by the Board members, Non-Executive Board members and Regional Chairs. Its main objective will be to map out a strategy for IIBA-SA for 2021. This session will be followed up by Regional Tactical Sessions on the 6th of February 2021 in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg. Depending on the demand, we might have a second Tactical session for Johannesburg on the 13th of February 2021.  These sessions will be for the volunteers per region. Their main aim will be to translate the strategy of IIBA-SA that would have been carved by the Board on the 23rd of January 2021, into actionable projects for 2021.
